About Learn How
Learn How was built around one simple idea: most people don't actually need someone to take over their email account for them — they just need someone to explain the steps clearly, once, in plain language.
Getting locked out of an inbox is stressful, and a lot of the help available online is either written for technical readers or padded out with jargon. We wanted a resource that assumes nothing, rushes nothing, and walks a reader through the exact same recovery steps a provider's own support page describes — just explained more patiently.
Everything on this site is self-guided. You read the steps, you follow them yourself, on your own device, at your own pace. We never ask for your password, and we never take control of your account.
What we are
An independent educational resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any email provider. Any brand names you may come across elsewhere are used only to describe the general recovery process, not to imply a partnership.
What we're not
We are not a technical support service, and we don't reset passwords or make account changes on your behalf. Our job is to teach, not to take over.
