1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Learn How, an application security platform provided by Mails Assist Technology ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The service

Learn How provides automated application security scanning, testing, and monitoring tools, including static and dynamic analysis, API security testing, dependency scanning, runtime protection, and related reporting features (the "Service").

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans (Start Up, Growth, and Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Prices are shown in USD and may be adjusted with prior notice for future billing cycles.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only to scan applications and infrastructure that you own or are authorized to test. You may not use the Service to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system you do not have explicit permission to assess.

6. Intellectual property

Learn How, its underlying technology, and all related trademarks are owned by Mails Assist Technology. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

7. Data and scan results

You retain ownership of your source code, scan data, and findings. We process this data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." While Learn How is built to identify a broad range of vulnerabilities, no security tool can guarantee the detection of every possible issue. You remain responsible for your application's overall security posture.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mails Assist Technology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
